Party Room Reservations
1st Ascent Climbing and Fitness is the perfect place to host a birthday party for the adventurous kid or adult in your life. Our party rooms are available for reservation and ready for you to celebrate in style. The party activities at 1st Ascent include climbing on our state-of-the-art walls and obstacles, as well as games and challenges designed to keep your group engaged and having fun. With our experienced staff on hand to guide you through every step of the way, you can rest assured that your party will be a success. So come climb with us and make your next birthday party one to remember!
Pricing
$225 up to 12 climbers + $9 additional for up to 20 maximum.
Parties to be reserved no less than 1 week in advance. ($125 Deposit due at time of booking)
2 Hour Party Package Includes
Supervised climbing by our Event Staff.
Reserved party area with tables and seating to be used before or after climbing time.
Equipment (rental shoes and harnesses) for 12 climbers/party attendees
Introduction to climbing and orientation
Additional Information
The deposit is non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances.
Final payment must be paid on the day of your event.
Feel free to come 30 minutes prior to reservation to set up decorations or food.
No worries on clean up, we'll do it for you!
Every partier must have a waiver on file.
Gym Age Limits
Fitness Gym
Age 12-14 with adult supervision
Age 15-16 with adult supervision required after 9pm
Climbing Gym
We allow children 4 years old and up to climb.
12 & under must be supervised by an adult. We require a 1:4 supervisor-to-child ratio if child is 6yrs to 12 yrs.
5 yrs. and younger, we ask an adult to child ratio of 1:2.
These age requirements will also be in effect for birthday parties.
